Your main mission is to create & lead the growth team, from a sales & tech perspective.

This is a full-time position, based in Paris (le Marais), France.

We're remote friendly, don't be shy.

Although you'll join us in the early stage of the company, we already a very precise idea of our market-fit. This is a challenging market, which makes all the more a challenging opportunity.

Everything moves fast, you need to be constantly "on the edge".

Of innovation, of course.

The platform is at the center of our growth: you'll have the best distribution channel you could ever dream of.

This comes at a cost: complexity, mostly because it involves a lot of parties.

Things we'll value, in addition with more "classic skills":

  • your network
  • your market knowledge, the ability to understand it, and our "vision"
  • your attitude, since you'll represent Captain Data in various ways

  • you are extremely organized, rigorous and you now how to prioritize
  • you know your way with numbers πŸ€“Β 
  • you know how to manage a backlog with multiple people and teams involved - you've ideally already built a team somewhere else
  • you perfectly know all the marketing channels and you're capable of drafting a strong go-to-market roadmap
  • you have a very clear understanding of what is a warehouse and how to build one (you don't need to code it but to lead its development)

  • english native or bi-lingual
  • you have an XP working in/with the US
  • you are a marketing/SaaS nerd and you know the automation market at great length (Zapier, Integromat, etc.)
  • able to work with engineers
  • very, very, resilient and not afraid to move fast

What you'll be working on... πŸ”₯

  • Market analysis & reporting
  • Warehousing
  • Recruitment
  • Supporting marketing, product & sales teams with accurate data/process
  • Funnel: conversions analysis, setup, activation triggers, pricing strategies, onboarding, self-service and on on to help us draft a strong product roadmap
  • 1-1 with customers to deeply understand the market and how to move the needle
  • our platform, obviously πŸ™‚

Package

  • Base salary will vary depending on your profile, especially given your XP & job-fit
  • Given the fact that this a very important position for us and that we won't be able to match a large scale-up salary (let's be realistic), we'll add a large BSPCE package
