This is a full-time position, based in Paris, France or remote.

- you are native/bilingual in written & oral english
- you are very organized, rigorous and you now how to prioritize
- you have knowledge of the SaaS market, a previous XP in SaaS is a strong + (even if it was an internship)
- you know how to setup automations with Zapier/Integromat/N8N..
- you are analytical and able to take data-driven decisions
- you know you're way with words

- you're digitally savvy: you know what's a SaaS and you use a lot of them
- you know how to code or have basic knowledge of it, you kind of understand how it works
What you'll be working on... 🔥
- assisting the sales team with “techy” deals
- follow-ups between customers & the tech team to resolve issues
- follow-ups with customers, both on the support and on a larger portfolio
- automating opportunities for the sales team based on portfolio’s usage analytics
- setting up & debugging automations for clients
- creating new automated workflows for clients
